Reset phone, no personal words restored
I have been using sk since 2013 and have brought my predictions into new phones 2-3 times so I know my account has info. But when I restored this time I got none of my words that had been in my personal dictionary.
What do I need to do to get my predictions back?
Its general problem. Swiftkey support dont answer about this.
First Uninstall previous SwiftKey keyboard, then download and install SwiftKey version 7.0.9.28 apk file and sync your account then update the app from play store."
Samghhanna shared this solution doesnt work for me you can try if you want.
That same problem i facing. After factory reset my phone nothing sync.

Doesn't work...
I have the same problem on my OnePlus 5T...are you guy saying you've tried Gokay's solution but it didn't work? When I go to the older version page on my phone and try to install it, it gets blocked due to being unknown. Regardless, if it doesn't work, I'm not going to bother. What's sad is that Swiftkey ignores emails about this issue nor do they post solutions on the forum.
Sooo sad. So many years with SwiftKey.
So many words saved and "sync" but...
i can't use my personal dictionary on ALL my phones.!!!
New Phone = New Saved words.??? Are you serious.???
I like SwiftKey.... PLEASE. fix it "bug"...

Same here
Same here when I switched to oneplus 7 pro
I have the same problem. I've been using this app for around 8 years and never this problem. Really unhappy.
Same thing here, pixel 3
Reset phone, no personal words restored
Same thing... No answer from Swiftkey about that. I wrote them twics at this moment.
I went away and installed Gboard.
Same problem here. It's extremely annoying and makes me consider other possible keyboards since I'm going to start all over again anyway.
I wish swype keyboard would still be around. What is the use of creating a backup & sync option when it doesn't work and Microsoft won't give any support? It's just bullying customers. They (Microsoft) don't want people to use swift key but use another swype keyboard instead?
