Hi. I've changed my cellphone and the sync of Swiftkey isn't working. In the beta version and normal version isn't working.
I hope you can fix the problem. It's complicated write whitout our dict/words
same problem, data list in website have all my words but when installed in new device none of them r there fix please

I have exactly the same issue with 2 devices. I see the whole database via Google web login, sync reports success a minute ago but no database in SK on my phones.
Same here. Sys it just synced, account id is identical, but none of my words are on the new phone.
My God, I work as support in a company, and if I didn't reply in at least few hours, I'd get fired.
This is ridiculous. At least acknowledging of the issue would be nice.
