    Hi there Timothy,

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry but we currently don't have a way to disable both Flow and gesture navigation. The keyboard will always recognise one or the other.

I don't know if this will help but in the Typing & autocorrect menu - try disabling the 'Quick period' option as that may insert unwanted characters.

You could try and use the voice typing feature - it only requires physical contact to launch it. Long press the comma/microphone button to the left of the spacebar and speak the desired words in the phone

We are always looking at new ways to make SwiftKey more accessible so I'll certainly pass on your feedback to our product team.

    Kind regards,
    Matt

I neglected to include in my post:
    LG stylo 5
    Android 9
    Boost carrier (SPRINT)

    MOST IMPORTANT:
I have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, with significant physical impairment and serious essential uncontrolled tremors. PLEASE HELP!
If I can't find a way to rectify this situation, it could mean the end of my ability to continue using a smartphone.

I apologize for my very unfocused previous post. I pledge to. not let it happen again.

Thanks for any ideas you have and any possible help.

I realized when I submitted this thread that this was more of an Android 9 issue, not reflecting on swiftkey at all. Thanks for the suggestions.
