    We would be happy to help with this - if you haven't already, please update your Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard to the latest version. If you continue to experience this issue, please try the following steps:

    1. Open your device settings
    2. Tap on Apps and notifications
    3. Tap on Apps
    4. Select Microsoft SwiftKey
    5. Tap on Storage
    6. Tap on CLEAR CACHE
    7. Restart your device and check if the issue will still persists
