    Hi Justin, sorry to hear this. Do you experience the issue with any other app?

    Do you experience crash if you use another third party keyboard with Samsung Notes?

    What is your OS and Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard version?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the reply, it does not seem to happen in any other app as consistent as Samsung Notes. I might have seen it crash somewhere else once or twice.

    As for other keyboards, I've switched to Gboard and have had no problem in Samsung Notes. Swiftkey crashes within the first 5 seconds of using it in Samsung Notes. I've send multiple reports too, hoping that it even does anything.

    I'm on a Note 8 with the latest version updated if that helps.

    Hi Justin Thinh Nguyen thank you for the information. Is there an update for Samsung Notes? If so, can you please update to see if this solves the issue? Or delete/reinstall if possible?

    Hello again,

    After some heavy troubleshooting, I think I found found the problem.

    I have reset all the applications, both Samsung Notes and SwiftKey. I have cleared data and cache. The problem still occurred, so I started configuring it differently.

    I have tested themes, and the problem is still there. The one main thing is I have 5 languages enabled. When I have Vietnamese enabled, it causes the keyboard to crash. When I turn off Vietnamese language, it works fine.

    Please submit a bug request for the Vietnamese language support to be fixed as I do use this language quite often.

    Hello all,

    Checking back in to see if this can be submitted for a bug request. I have asked a colleague to perform the download of SwiftKey and install Vietnamese language and they get the same crash within Samsung Notes. This is a different user and a different phone, so I can say this is reproducible.
