SwiftKey constantly auto correct a correct word
I constantly type 'om', and SwiftKey constantly change it to 'on'. I have choose the 'om' word by manually click it, but SwiftKey keeps constantly change it after several hours of my correction. The same thing happened to several other words too.
Any solution?
Hello, sorry for the trouble. Could you please try to clear the cache data(app data), to see if it resolves the issue with the Auto-Correct?
Please note that deleting app data might delete your Microsoft SwiftKey stats, including unsynced saved clips on the clipboard, so if it's okay with you, please go ahead and try to do so. Thank you!
Same here with other words.
"ça" is the correct word, and "ca" the word with an error (but faster to write), and now it constantly correct the first by the second, even through I click many time to "delete it from the dictionary". I even put a shortcut to correct it by the first, but he still do what he want...
He also never correct properly "que" and "sur", 2 words in French that are close to each other on he keyboard but it everytime try to correct them by an error instead the real word.
We should have a possibility to say to the autocorrect to "NOT CORRECT" some words (or not learn from our mistake to replace the good word).
Not sure if I was very understandable but I hope.
I will try anyway you solution, hoping it will not delete all my actual dictionary.
Thanks
Up, he now correct all my good words by some mistakes and clear cache data didn't work.
Introduce the possibility to deactivate the "auto learning" functionality would be great.
