it keeps saying choose a keyboard

hi

i go to type a reply , a keyboard icon shows at the top left , i swipe  down and it says choose input method , i click it and MS SK is already ticked 

 

help please

    Hello, thank you for reaching out. This is a feature of the Android operating system. The notification is visible whenever you are in a text field and you have more than one keyboard enabled (including the stock keyboard).
