Recently my clipboard stopped saving anything, so it's completely blank. I'm not sure what's going on.
The other thing is I cannot figure out how to attach a photo in a text. The paperclip icon is missing.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. We've redesigned the emoji panel for easier access to other categories and features such as GIFs and Stickers. To view: Tap on the emoji key> Tap on the sticker icon next to the GIF icon> Tap on the star icon to create stickers/attach.
Regarding the issue with the clipboard, we would appreciate it if you could send a video file(where copied texts are not being saved on the clipboard) via https://aka.ms/sk-support and we will be able to investigate further.
