Unable to back up and sync

I recently changed my device and signed in from Same account to SwiftKey that is in my old device. Even though sync including clipboard syncing is on and it shows syncing on, no data is syncing. This is as good as using swiftkey from starting. Even the Account ID displayed in the account section is same but sync is not working. Kindly look into this and provide update. Thank you
