Not replying to feedback either here or direct email or Google Play Store
I have to say I am bitterly disappointed with the service in general you ask us to feedback on the beta version and the new features and then it's taking weeks to absolutely never getting a reply. You have just released the sync feature and I can't believe how lacklustre the response is to problems and issues. Perhaps it's time Mr microsoft sold you off. Two weeks later and they no reply!!!
This was posted on the Google Play Store 14/02/2022 and I am still waiting for the reply from my email regarding the state of the syncing issues since last month and it's absolutely atrocious and I'm certain that the new staff are nowhere near as diligent as the previous people I have communicated with. Weeks go by and they don't respond after saying try XGZ or we will investigate and get back to you shortly how many emails does it take before we get a sorry which frankly is a way to late after numerous emails and what does it take to drop us an email with a status update I can understand that the beta is still in testing but it you feedback and your led to believe that someone is going to get back regardless of the answer and then doesn't and the sorry is followed by its been a busy week that should be a busy two weeks or so and a bit. I am definitely getting fed up with SwiftKey now and not that long ago I was praising you. Why oh why oh why.
You do want to keep your subscribers in the loop or you don't and after being faithful to you for the last four years I am beginning to wonder why
