    Hello, sorry for the trouble. 

    May I know, since how long you have been receiving this error? or Did this problem start after changing something on your device?

    Just to clarify - Can you please try to switch between the networks to see if it resolves the issue? (Between wifi & mobile data). If possible could you please help us with a screenshot of the issue happening? Thank you!

    I have Been facing this issue from months i thought it's App fault and still don't know what's the problem. I have tried changing the network but it's still the same issue. Plus i have recently changed my deceive and still facing the same problem.
