TL/DR:
How to "disable" "block offensive words" on iPhone, while using the "voice-to-text" or "diction" feature for swiftkey?
DETAILS:
Despite my efforts to do my due diligence by searching the "support area", community boards, and even Reddit for a solution. Unfortunately, I have not found anything that is relevant to iOS/iPhones, or is no longer accurate (there is no "gear icon" when the voice-to-text is activated.
Under the community forums, for instance, the one post I found (that was under IOS community) suggested this path: "device settings > Language & input > Manage keyboards > google voice technology settings> Block offensive words(Enable/Disable" -- Items bolded = doesn't exist. That post was marked as "answered" with in the last year.
This was an issue that I have had since the very beginning and it seems that this has never been answered. (Currently I just toggle between iOS keyboard and swiftkey when I need to use voice to text).

Context why its an annoyance:
Besides being an adult and feeling 'irked' by the idea of an app censoring a word on my behalf. There are scenarios in which one might need to communicate in a professional back and forth (where cursing has been established as being acceptable/part of the 'culture' of the dialogue ["professional yet casual'ish"]). It is disruptive to stop>toggle back>type it out>turn back on, and/or for the recipient to get a "x****** " that slipped by.
Thank you so much in advance for any/all help!
