First of all, I'm a software developer myself so I know just how useful debug info is. However, I landed here because I'm also experiencing some very weird issues that are making the app unusable for me.
And as I read previous reports and your responses, I start to feel the same way that I feel when dealing with other companies / organizations / teams - it's YOUR product/ service / errors that ate causing issues, you all come across as if you're entitled to detailed debug info! I just want to let you know I don't work for you. If you ACT like you care and ASK, sure I'll cooperate, but - and I'm sure this well have ZERO effect in the long room but I don't care- for now, as frustrating as the bugs are that make YOUR app that YOU developed UNUSABLE, your sense of entitlement and lack of remorse is far worse.
I'd just rather uninstall, switch to another app, and leave a bad review elsewhere. I really wish organizations would start to care and offer customer service instead of placing the honus on ALREADY FRUSTRATED customers to do YOUR job FOR you.
