So I had the huawei theme installed on my p9 and after my app updated my theme was gone and it's not in the store anymore.. 🙁 it was my favorite theme.. I've reinstalled swiftkey but no fix.. What happened?

So please add "prediction" off future and change when you delete it should first go slowly and the word after word, If i mistake one letter and try to delete it it would delete the whole word, which is really annoying, add more customize options like dedicated button in for emojis or different kind of number layout, there is more off course but its 3am and I'm in bed all tired to write, actually i don't believe anyone will even see this. Lol 😂

I'm constantly hitting the arrow keys that I've added to my keyboard, and suddenly inserting words in the middle of my sentences accidentally.
I would like it a lot better if one could slide on the spacebar in order to move the cursor. Just like on Gboard

With Android Nougat, the Theme Store is no more available.

On my Mobile with Lollipop, it isn't an issue.

I have de-/ install the Application several times, the Beta and the official released version. I have delete the cache and Data of the app. I have give the app all permissions, which I can, I have disabled and enabled the account.... No way to reached the store to select add Themes. There are only the few themes available and visible which are coming during install.

The app will not download any previews or something more....

If I create an backup via Titan on my mobile and restore this one on my Tablet, I can select the restored Themes on the button (replaced the keyboard keys) but the store by himself doesn't work.

The apk is registered and the Accound ID is still available in the settings. The account is still aktiv.

In Nougat it looks like, that the Theme Store isn't reached (or some internal paths are no more valid)

I love pretty much all of this app....with one exception. I'm not at all impressed with the accuracy of the flow feature. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and have always used swipe as my primary input method. Any tips on improving the accuracy?

I had submitted a bug report / support request and I'm not seeing any resolution to it.
My issue is this....

When I compose an SMS message in Vietnamese and send it via the stock Google Messeges app, all of the accents are removed and the text becomes unreadable.
In Vietnamese, accenting on letters are critical to understand what's being said. Without them, you can't even understand what's written by using context.

Also, when I type in an ellipsis (...), Swiftkey freezes, then gives an error report. After the error report, it takes you back to the message window and it adds a second ellipsis. If you try to backspace to delete the ellipsis, Swiftkey throws another error and returns to the message with an additional ellipsis:

Example:

Open message and type in text with an ellipsis... [crash report here]

return to message

Open message and type in text with an ellipsis...... [backspace to delete ellipsis >> crash again]

return to message screen

Open message and type in text with an ellipsis.........

it keeps adding another ellipsis and you can't remove them.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled...has not fixed the issue.

My phone is a Note Edge on Verizon
My android version is 6.0.1
My swiftkey version is 6.5.8.26

How do I get all the punctuation behind the keyboard?

this seriously annoys me to no end sometimes. I use German and English language and it happens so many times that whenever I press space for auto correct/complete it just fill in a word from the other language which makes no sense and it doesn't even exist in that way in the language I currently use.

Didn't know until recently that the three lines on the keyboard gave you access to the clipboard.  Well, the first time I found it, all of my clips were there. After going back to the keyboard, I tried it again, this time hoping to paste something. But when I went to the clipboard the second time, all of my clips were gone! 

I thought maybe the keyboard was just acting up, but when I went through the actually SwiftKey app, all of my clips were missing from there as well!

What the heck happened? Can I get them back? 

*I didn't download anything or do a phone or app update of any kind before this happened.*

I am trying to download the Magnetite theme, but it won't let me. It gives me the "Your theme could not be downloaded, please try again later" error.
I get the same error when trying to download other themes too.

I am using the latest version currently available in the Play Store (6.5.8.26). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but I get the same result.
My phone is running Android 7.1.2.

what is the code for theme FLORAL??

 I have enabled SwiftKey on my galaxy S8. In the bottom right corner while typing there is now a select keyboard button which interferes with the back button. How do I disable the select keyboard button?

I've been trying to save all my swiftkey data from my old S6 to new S8 and it logs into my google account without any issues, it says it is syncing, but the data does not transfer from my old phone to the new one.

I've got quite a lot of swiftkey data from maybe 2 years of useage, so I'd like to sync it if possible.  Can this be done?  I followed your guide below, but this does not work for me, the new phone still has no predicted words, no words completed, no words flowed etc after syncing.  

My google account is set to sync app data if that makes a difference?

Can anyone guide me in the right direction please?

I want the keys to lay out with the numbers across the top, not in a block. is that possible?

Why are the following words auto corrected?
Gay (changed to Gaynor??)
Lesbian (changed to Lebanon)
Homosexual
Homophobia
Queer (changed to queen...come on!)
Bisexual

This isn't even if I'm swyping. When I type the words this happens.

Are these words not in your dictionary because I'm pretty sure Webster includes them.

When Auto correction to the middle word is deactivated, the spacebar Auto Correction grays out. I would like to only use this one instead of both.

After today update to version 6.5.8.26 there is a small glitch with free space near predictions. Look at this

I have turned off emoji predictions in the settings menu but they still appear. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?

How can i shutdown the word over the keybord?

I'm a registered (and happy) Swiftkey user.  I have both Swiftkey and Swiftkey Trial on my Android phone. I need space - can I delete the trial version?

How can I see (and access) the hamburger menu in password fields?

In password fields, there are no predictions, so the top-line of SwiftKey is missing. Consequently, there is no hamburger menu.

Why do I want to do this? Because I would like to copy-paste a very long and complicated password (yes, I know, that's unsecure) from my password manager into an entry field in which the OS paste function is for whatever reason not working.

Since installing SwiftKey on my new galaxy S8, my recently used emoji are not being saved. When I switch back to Samsung's keyboard they work fine.

Please advise!

It really annoys me, I touch it like 90% of the time by accident...

Ive been trying to copy urls that are in the address bar but to no avail it does not work. Normal text i can highlight and copy but the address bar it just highlights the url with no option to copy and further holding makes it so i can insert text into a specific area.
Is there a way to copy a url from the address bar. Like i might change keyboard as i always copy links for personal use.
