3. Back up data is not working for my SwiftKey app. I have logged in using my email ID which has all back up data

I have the same problem. It won't sync my previous data.

3. Sync not possible.

I have just reset my OP 6T and it isn't syncing for me aswell. But when i look and manage my data, all my words are there.
