    Thanks for the post and I'm sorry this is an ongoing cause of frustration.

    As you say, this is a known issue but don't have anything further to share at this moment. We'll keep you posted on the status however.

    I'm facing the same problem exactly with the WeChat. This problem start to occur after the update, and I'm sure all Android user have the same problem.

    BTW, I have this problem in both of the phones, Galaxy s5 and Oneplus 3T

    I noticed that another swiftkey update came out recently without any attention to this issue.

    Can you please just revert the 'emoji fix' that was implemented, as this is frustrating as hell..

    Hi guys,

    Please could you download the latest SwiftKey Beta from the Google Play Store (found here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.touchtype.swiftkey.beta&hl=en) and see if this is still happening. A fix is included in this version. All being well it will find its way into the proper, market release soonish.
