Why doesn't SwiftKey support the new Android 11 Auto-fill APi for passwords?! It's been almost 1 year since Google announced the feature. Gboard supports it.
Thank you for your feedback. We are working to ensure SwiftKey works harmoniously with Android 11 so please rest assured that we will pass your feedback onto our team as a feature request for further evaluation.
Thank you for your reply, Deniz K. Samsung Keyboard also already supports it. SwiftKey is falling behind. Here is an example of it working on Samsung Keyboard on my s20:
@deniz so do you mean we should all submit a feature request for this? Seems a bit pointless when there's already a thread here and lots of other keyboards support it, but OK will do.
OK, thanks Deniz K - I've now submitted a request (your website wasn't letting me do it on the mobile website but worked on desktop). Really hope you'll support this given it's a core part of Android 11 functionality and so many other keyboards/password managers are supporting it. https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/text/ime-autofill
