    Hi Joost,

Tom is a pretty standard name, so in this case, it is included in the normal language model and cannot be deleted.

When you type "tom" try and tap on the verbatim "tom" which is probably in the left prediction bar.

In theory, we should know to start showing that one over "Tom" over time.

Otherwise, you can create a shortcut/text expansion for "tom" by perhaps triggering it with just "t"

    Ah, ok.
I assumed it was the intention that you could delete *any* word you wanted to from your personal dictionary.
    Tom/tom was just an example.

Anyway, I'll have to work around it.

You can delete any words that you have added. But words that are part of the static language model cannot be fully removed. They should be black listed when you "delete" them. But they come back as they are typed again.

I type LoL a lot, I've saved it but it constantly changes it to "Lol" even though I've deleted - on several occasions. Neither word is "static language" why can't I keep Lol from coming back?
