Custom Keyboard Layout

Respondida

I switched over to SwiftKey since I could see my text boxes but I'm not use to the current layout of the keyboard. I prefer to have my symbols on the left and my numbers visible without tapping on their own tab. And I like to have my emoji tab right next to my space bar on the left and not have to hold down on enter/send to get them. And way to change that sorta thing on here?

    Hi,
By "the symbols on the left... without tapping on their tab" I suppose you mean the secondary keys. For that, you need to choose the right theme: for some themes of minimalist style, the secondary keys are not visible but long-press on the primary keys you'll see them; but secondary keys are visible in some other themes.

As for the emoji tab, you can have it if you go to settings, typing, keys, toggle on "dedicated emoji key". That would give you the access right next to the space bar.

I also really like a custom keyboard option. I use the neo2 layout on my home-pc. Sadly there is no possibility up to now on iOS.

Neo2 is focused on German language and it's target is to build the most ergonomic keyboard layout: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_layout#Neo

It would be so great if you could support Neo2 - and you would be the only one on iOS

Here is the official page but in German:
