Is it possible to delete words from the dictionary? How?

ich bitte um Hilfe! 

Meine Geräte: Samsung S9 + S10.

Mein MS Swiftkey Konto synchronisiert die Taststur-Clips nicht! 

Weder Profil noch Clips werden übertragen. Auch nach erzwungener Sync und scheinbar synchronisiertem Konto. Auch der Zeitstempel der angeblichen Sync ist korrekt. Dennoch erfolgt keine Synchronisation des Swiftkey Profils und der gespeicherten Tastatur-Clips. Das Wörterbuch hingegen wird korrekt synchronisiert!

Ich nutze Swiftkey auf beiden Geräten mit dem gleichen MS Account und mit der gleichen Swiftkonto-ID.

Die Swiftkey Apps sind beide in den Smartphone Freigabe-Einstellungen autorisiert zum Datenaustausch. 

Die Swiftkey Synchronisation ist bei beiden aktiv und die Netzverbindung ok.

Was mache ich falsch?

Was muss ich tun, damit auch die Clips meiner Swiftkey Tastatur synchronisiert werden?

Inizialmente quando collegava la tastiera fisica bluetooth le previsioni del testo erano situate nella parte bassa dello schermo, appena sopra ai tasti di navigazione. Adesso mi appare più piccola e vicino a dove scrivo. É possibile farla tornare dove era prima?

I'm new to this forum but not new to Swiftkey, have used for several years.  Unfortunately it now has several unacceptable problems, including losing the whole previous dictionary I'd built up.  However, looking through these posts, all I see are hundreds of complaints with almost zero resolutions to ANY of them! Is/are the developers even aware of all these bugs and problems? No seems to be getting any answers.

So I just upgraded form. The Note 9 to the Note 10+ 5G today with T-Mobile and did smart switch and then enabled SwiftKey Keyboard and logged into my account for backup.

Then I noticed this dedicated bar all the way acrossed and below my Keyboard that has a dedicated minimize arrow button pointing down on the left side and a dedicated switching keyboard button on the right.

This was not on my previous phone using SwiftKey Keyboard Beta and I don't like this as it is in the way from where I normally press my thumb for the spacebar as I want to press lower down at the bottom of my phones screen and also it makes the keyboard taller and obstructs more of the view on my screen when the keyboard is open. How do I remove this?

Hello. Please add Classic Light theme for IOS. There is a Nickel Classic Light theme but it is "too white" it needs to be a little greyish like in Android platform.

Hi swiftKey developers! I am a regular user of your keyboard for Android. I am also an Android developer. In the process of writing one of my language learning application found you have a bug that affects my application. Namely keyboard switching by setImeHintLocales parameter is not supported (more detailed https://developer.android.com/reference/android/widget/TextView#setImeHintLocales(android.os.LocaleList) ). The native Gboard keyboard supports this. Please make the appropriate changes. https://youtu.be/iR7mRzDq0zU 

Also there is a suggestion to you to make a method. A method that would tell the main application which layout the language has switched to, i.e. throw in the “en " code when the user switches to the English layout. Good luck!

Can the period key be removed, or moved? It's driving me crazy

I am trying to install SK for the first time on my daughter's phone. When I try to connect/create SK account, it shows me a new window for me to choose Google account or Microsoft account.

I am trying to use Google account, a popup ask me to choose the G account, I do so and then nothing happens and the window asking me to choose G account or Microsoft is still here....

Phone : Galaxy A5 2017

Android : V 8.0.0

SK : 7.3.2.19

Please help me.

Period is way way way too easy to press.

Probably 85% of the mistakes I have to correct are the result of hitting the period key instead of the space bar. Can we have an option to move it, or make it a hard-press or long-press, or.....something. It's my only significant problem with an otherwise outstanding keyboard. Thanks much.

I installed SwitKey on my iPhone 7. I have set Italian as default language and I use two languages on my keyboard, that is Italian and English. In fact, on SwiftKey keyboard space bar I can see IT-EN.

Howeve, if I type by using that keyboard, in any foeld (writing an SMS or an iMessage, filling a field in a web form, creating a note, posting on Facebook), the text is ALWAYS underlined by red, as the words would not be recognized by proofer. 

Why?

SwiftKey sign in problems there is a way of signing in go online with a Web browser go to SwiftKey..com and sign in there don't log out then go to swift Key app on your phone and log in there it works just done it

In version 6.7.7.17, Thai keyboard's font size is bigger than english one. I resized the keyboard but it doesn't help. Please fix it, Thank you.

I just switched from the Galaxy S10+ to the Note 10+ and my dictionary won't sync. I see all my words are in the cloud when I look at my account data. When I force a sync it says last synced a minute ago. This is the first time this has happened when I've switched phones. I've cleared the cache, forced sync, uninstalled, reinstalled, force sync and nothing has worked. Is this a bug or am I running into some issues? 

I think most people are like me when it comes to emojis - we have 5-10 emojis that we use all the time and we hardly ever use anything else.

SwiftKey tries to suggest the next emoji and it often gets it right but I think it could be way better and faster if you added a Favorites tab to the emoji picker (next to the Suggested, Recent, Faces, Flags and so on). You could let the user add emojis to it by long-pressing them and then selecting 'Add to favorites' from a dropdown or with some sort of drag and drop.

That way each user could pick the emojis they use the most, put them in an order that works for them and save some time every time they need an emoji.

For you it would mean 1 a small UI adjustment in the tabs, 2 storing an additional array of about 10 elements for each user, containing the IDs/Unicode for each emoji and 3 adding the long-press functionality and the drop down.

Additionally, you could add an extra field in the Settings that would let us pick the default emojis tab. So for instance, user A could open the emoji picker and see their favorites while user B could open it and see the Recent tab by default.
