Good morning

I am on a Google Pixel 2 XL and last Thursday i got the latest OS update. This past weekend alot of my apps started to malfunction to the point that I had to do a reset.

I have used Switfkey for a long time, and yesterday when I had to do a factory reset and reinstall Swiftkey, i noticed that my special characters have been rearranged. i know that my ! key was just above the enter key,I saw a setting i had never seen before.

If this happened to you, then go into the GEAR, and upper right corner of the options, hit the Gear AGAIN

Go into TYPING

Go into KEYS

2nd one down gives you the position of your secondary keypad (numbers) I apparently had might set to NUMBER PAD RIGHT....default is NUMBER PAD TOP LINE which will rearrange your secondary characters

I have Swiftkey keyboard’s version 7.3.7.20 in my Galaxy S6 Edge and it’s supplied with the word-prediction “po’” with the apostrophe. Instead, the Swiftkey’s latest version in my Galaxy S10 is not supplied with that prediction. I have to press it manually everytime I write something. How could this happen? Sorry for my English. Thank you

Добрый день. Swift Key изначально использовал на телефоне. Синхронизация включена, последняя произошла несколько часов назад. Купил себе планшет, включил SwiftKey, синхронизация произошла, но словарь не знает кучи слов, которые знает телефон. В чём может быть дело?

Uso SwiftKey a vários anos e nunca nem pensei em usar outro teclado pq ele praticamente digita por mim.
Mas formatei o celular e mesmo com backup ativado, minhas palavras salvas simplesmente não estão lá.
Se tornou apenas mais um teclado, como tantos outros.

Whenever im not using the Swiftkey app I keep getting notifications that the app is repeatedly closing has anyone else been experiencing this?

I use opo in my office and on this phone doesn't exist in Google play. Any option to solve this problem?

All of a sudden, all the characters on my SwiftKey keyboard have been rearranged. I switched to the Samsung keyboard, and that one is set up properly. I have tried rebooting, switching keyboard Styles, Etc but no luck.

Dear team, please add Kurdish sorani language keyboard to SwiftKey  keyboard in  IOS.

It started about few months ago.
I have Ukrainian input, and used to have Russian as well. But not any more.

When I type (not even swipe) a Ukrainian word the first suggestions are Russian! How come?
I even clicked to "forget word". But it doesn't help. The words from an incorrect language still are the first, and sometimes the only words predicted.

Please, revert it back.
This keyboard was working brilliantly for long long years. Something got broken along the way.

Just installed SwiftKey on my new mobile. when I want to login with my Google account (button sign in with Google) it's loading for hours (I see the loading circle on a white background)

Have S10 Plus with stock android.

I need a small space between the bottom char row and the space bar/punctuation keys. I tried making the keyboard bigger and it helps but it's too hard to get the top row now. Please allow this feature or alignment of the letters as that may even help if they were up top.

How can I become a member in the SwiftKey insiders program so I can take my knowledge of this application  further because it is the only one that I have found and used that I feel has given  the best selection of tools in order to help assist in making sure I don't have to worry too much about not being able to remember how to spell each and every word in the American Language in the event that I find myself needing a little extra knowledge to correct my mistakes...too bad there isn't a way that you could do something like this but with grammar and punctuation marks in your selection of tools, but then again that would probablybe the hardest part of the English Language, aside from being able to spell the words correctly. But the fact that it's been extremely helpful for me, I always tell my friends about it and they end up getting the application for themselves and then they pass along the same info to their friends. But one of the biggest reasons I love this application is that you can create your own account and continue to use it with every phone tablet or anything else that has the ability to use it and it starts remembering every little detail that makes people feel like they are listening to you speak through your style and that makes it so much better and more unique and useful than any of the other ones that are available. And btw I just wanted to put that out there and hope that it'll be useful for for your company to hear how much it helps! Thanks that's all foks... Lol

Hello, excellent work with the keyboard program. It would be great to be able to suppress the letter that is immediately on the right side of the cursor by pressing the shif and space backspace keys. The other thing that would be great is to be able to move the cursor back and forth, sliding your finger on the space key, I know that the application sounds easy, but at the programming level it is complex, I am also a programmer in my country. For this keyboard to be perfect, it would only be necessary to improve those two subjects, greetings team.

Good day. Numerous attempts at downloading Afrikaans, the app keeps saying 'Language cannot be saved to storage pack'... I can't find / see any information to remedy this problem. Please assist. Phone is a Huawei P-Smart 2019

Even if I select android vibration in settings, when I put the phone in silent mode the keys still vibrate on press.

I would like to ask for you. I updated to Pie,my (Galaxy Note 8) phone. Ever since the swiftkey is useless. Pops up, but the letters are invisible. I trier the theme change, and reinstall. Please , we find a solution.

No matter what I or Vodafone assistant does SwiftKey reverts back to default Samsung keyboard after screen timeout on Galaxy S9 plus

it is very annoying that spacebar is added after period. especially when writing emails i.e joe. joe@gmail.com

This app is creating some confusions ; it is not in the right order of letters in Geez! Can you please give us the sequenced ap?

Is there a way to use the keyboard shortcuts on the Belkin Code keyboard to quickly accessing the SwiftKey Clipboard list...?

While making a payment I am not able to type say $100.12.

Trying to sync with Twitter is force closing the app (oneplus 6t +Twitter app version 7.79.0 r27)
