How come , as the owner of this tablet, I cant permanently and completely for all eternity disable every single form of auto correct and auto formatting?

I am an intelligent enough human to add my own periods and spaces. 

Version as of 18 August 2018, on the smallest keyboard size the font is way too large.

I have used alot of Swype keyboard. So I see that, there are some function called
1. Swipe from" 123" button to "A" button to select all text
2. Swipe from "123" button to "C" button to copy
3. Swipe from "123" button to "X" button to cut.
4. Swipe from "123" button to "V" button to Paste.
I think Swiftkey keyboard need Tobe add these functions to become more and more convenient.

I'm not able to switch from one language to the other, and you always do the auto correct in the wrong language when both languages are turned on.

It's on Android 8, LG G6 and it's very annoying. Van anyone help with it? Thanx a lot.

How do I make my Android use SwiftKey as default keyboard

I don't have the option of changing languages by swiping on space. It just gives me many spaces. And I can't de-/activate different languages during writing via the old options button on the keyboard. Now I always have to open the SwiftKey app. Very complicated. Got version 7.0.8.365

Why are there no predictions or spaces after a comma? Especially a space? This was apparently raised 9 months ago but still persists.

Hey guys, is it not possible to create the exact same for iOS as for Android? I do need 4 languages English German turkish Arabic, at least 3 and it would be amazing if you just create the same experience for iOS users as Android. I swapped from android to iOS and missing few things badly.... Should be possible

The use of keyboard margins will become more crucial to keyboard ergonomics with the current advent of diminishing bezels on the latest Android smartphones. This will have two major repercussions:

1: smaller bottom bezel will drop keyboard below comfortable position since hands still need to hold devices nearer towards middle

2: slimmer side bezels will mean fingers need to reach further towards palms to reach the furthest keys

The use of 4 adjustable margins is being proposed to replace the current system of fixed keyboard sizing. Adjustable margins would also tackle keyboard ergonomics on bezel diminished devices as it would allow users to size and place keyboard into a comfortable position. With bezels now shrinking on many new devices, there now needs to be a large bottom margin underneath the bottom row, and left and right right margins would keep thumbs nearer to the centre of the keyboard, where thumbs can reach with less strain. Adding the top adjustable margin would allow for key size adjustability to suit the varying finger lengths of users.

For an example of a 4 margin keyboard, please see the current Samsung keyboard for its S series devices. The Apple iPhone X also demonstrates the need for a large bottom margin for phones with little bottom bezel.

I have been using swift key for 2 years now and it has never dissapointed me

recently after i upgraded from ios 10 to ios 11.3 i guess it is crashing and showing me an black screen

any explanations? why it is happening

          i updated the app store

I've got a new phone and used the cloud backup feature to migrate Swiftkey to the new phone.

My stats have been copied over, but not my preferences, including the clipboard shortcuts.

Is there any way to fix this?

I'm moving from Android 7 to 8, using Google for the backup storage.

The last update seemed to reset the shape of the keys to standard square on my Graveyard theme. They are supposed to be coffin shaped. Has anyone else had this issue?

I was wondering if it is possible to add a "word blacklist" to the app.

I usually swipe for typing, and I commit mistakes frequently, so the app "learns" and suggest me this mistakes. I know I can remove a word from the prediction bar, but as I repeat that error, after a time it appears again in the prediction bar.

So I think it would be usefull to add a function to tell SwiftKey which word I don't want to see suggested again (i.e: tge for the).

My problem is that the miss-spelled words are no longer red underlined while I am typing with SwiftKey. However, when I switch to Samsung Keyboard, the red underline works properly.

I am using Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 7.0, I keep my system up to date, and my SwiftKey application is up to date too.

There is no option for auto spell check in the Phone Settings or in the SwiftKey, this option only available inside Samsung Keyboard settings.

So, how to enable the red underline in SwiftKey?

SwiftKey needs to address this issue soon!! Number 1 complaint is the size of the spacebar. People think it's either to big or small or the length isn't correct. Obviously it's not 1 size fits all. So please stop ignoring us!!!!

I am using an LG G7 running Android 8.0 Oreo. I use the Large size keyboard, but occasionally I'll notice I keep pressing incorrect keys. I'll check the size and for some reason it is on Medium without me ever changing it! I don't know how this could be happening as I only use SwiftKey on one device, so I don't think syncing is an issue. Any ideas? Thanks!

Say for example I'm typing the word 'atmosphere'
Before the last update, I was able to manually type out A, T, then continue to end the word by swiping from M through E. And the word completes.

However.. Now.. If I were to manually type A, T. Then continue to swipe the remaining letters. The A, T will end as 'at' and start a new word with the swiping input from M to E.

This is annoying as I've gotten used to using a combo of half manual type and swiping to complete typing style. It is also one of the reasons I've stuck to SwiftKey! Cos no other swipe keyboards allow this feature.

It would be awesome if you add the ability to increase the font size into the keys in the keyboard, because letters looks small in some languages (here in Arabic). Thanks in advance.

My phone is ZTE Axon7.

After the update that said "Improved Vietnamese Telex", typing English while in Vietnamese mode has been a pain in the a** for me. I don't want to switch to English mode just to type some simple word than switch back to Vietnamese. Back then, I could just type like this: "database"

data -> "dât" + abase -> "database" (dataabase -> "database")

but now if if type letter "b" after having typed "a" twice, the word would revert to "dâtb"

dataa -> "data" + b -> "dâtb"

, which is not a normal behavior when compared to the input method on Windows computer. And the suggestion bar is not smart enough to suggest that i use "database".

All in all, I want to know if there is a way to revert to the way Swiftkey handle Vietnamese before, or the dev team some how revert the behavior of the app.

I am using Sony Xperia r1 dual it have came with pre-installed swift keyboard but I am not able to update it in Google play app store u can't able to even sign in using my Google account in app please fix this issue I can't u uninstall it because it had came as a pre-installed app there is no option in my phone to uninstall it all I can do is force stop or disable so I can't reinstall the app so please help me please fix the issue
