I woke up with my fonts on my clipboard all a deep blue and I use a black background so it's really hard to read (OK I'm 🧓). Thing is that I can't find a way to change that font color so I can't change it back to white! The text pastes into documents and emails just fine in normal colors. I ASSUME I had my hands on the phone while asleep and we all know the nightmare that can cause! -

It would be awesome if you could swipe up or down from the letters in the top row to type the numbers that we currently get from long-pressing those letters. I realize this might conflict with "swipe up to capitalize" or "swipe down to close keyboard", but perhaps the top row can be excluded from one of those gestures? Or a setting that allows the user to choose what swipe up/down does. The standard keyboard on iOS does these number gestures really well. On the iOS keyboard you swipe down from the top row letters go type the corresponding numbers.

I'm using the latest stable version of the keyboard, I've noticed lately that my default theme is changing to a super dark one by itself. I currently have my default theme set to the 'Classic Light' one. I always thought that once a user set their preferred theme that it stayed that way until the user decided to change it to a different one

I opened my S10 this morning and noticed the keyboard no longer had the theme I chose. So I tried to download several and none of them were available. I uninstalled the app the reinstalled. Even though signed in the app did not remember my settings. I was able to download the themes and started to set up a new keyboard. Weirdly I can't find a setting for letters alone on the keyboard. Now there are symbols and numbers above the letters. This is driving me crazy, literally. I have severe ADHD and this is a nightmare for me.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, Android 10 with One UI 2.5
On the inside screen ("tablet" screen of the this foldable phone) the Swiftkey prediction stops working after a few uses: predictions show up properly above the keys but selecting a prediction actually doesn't fix the written erronuous text but only adds a space after the incorrectly typed text. This is clearly a bug.
It always works for one use after a boot, but soon stops working again. So I reboot a lot.
This only happens in Chrome, in the address bar and in any text fields of forms. Restarting the app (force close from settings/apps) and then restarting it from app list does not fix it, only a reboot does. It's problematic that it happens in Chrome because that is the app where I type the most. I cannot change from Chrome since it is forced to be used in our company (a multinational industrial giant) on Windows and I wish to sync the browser with my private Chrome user id on that computer.
I have no experience if prediction works properly on the front screen as I never type on it (it is too narrow to type with adult hands).
The phone has been in use for only two weeks. Removing Switfkey settings (cache + saved data) and the app and reinstallation do not fix the problem.
It is very very annoying, almost enough to stop using Swiftkey and go to the Samsung keyboard. But I'd hate to do that since I've used Swiftkey for a lot of years and it knows my writing very well know. It is great, the rare times it happens to work.
I would make a bug report but cannot find where.The app does not have a feedback option anywhere.

Since the latest version the center number pad is missing and the keys seem smaller. Does anyone know how to find the previous version to download?
Support responded with generic, check the faq check the forum email so I'm not sure if they are aware or ignoring

It has become painfully apparent that over the last few months, voice dictation with SwiftKey has become unusable. It is now very slow, lags severely, is very inaccurate, or flat out not work. If I switch to Gboard or the Samsung Keyboard, dictation works fine, so it's definitely a SwiftKey issue. To prove I'm not blowing smoke about this issue, here is a video comparison I made using voice dictation comparing SwiftKey and Gboard. YouTube link: https://youtu.be/7rKcEbtTyaQ It used to work great, and I have been using SwiftKey for over 10 years, even purchasing the "Pro" version back when that was a thing, along with the paid SwiftKey Tablet X keyboard app. Not sure if there was some internal change to a different voice dictation engine aeaynfrom Google Voice, but whatever has been done needs to be reverted as its not usable in it's current state. Please fix this issue. SwiftKey used to be amazing, but I'm forced to use other options due to the performance issues it now has.

For some reason, Google voice is not activated anymore when I presd Mic on the keyboard. Only some internal voice typing is activated that does not recognise any other spoken language apart from English.

The keypress vibration for SwiftKey Beta 7.6.1.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S10 stopped working out of nowhere, and my phone doesn't vibrate when I press a key.
Here's what I tried:
* Enabling system vibration on the SwiftKey settings.
* Disabling system vibration and setting a custom vibration (my phone vibrates when setting the vibration duration slider, but not when pressing keys).
* Rebooting the phone.
* Clearing all cache and data from SwiftKey.
So far nothing worked, and my keyboard is vibrationless.

SwiftKey is absurd at this point. It's been like 3 months since I got android 10 on my note 10. Have contacted support and communicated with them about the issue. It has still not been fixed. Emojis have no been updated for SwiftKey in Android 10. It says that it uses whatever emojis are available on the device, yet it's stuck still only using the android 9 emojis. Every other keyboard I have on my device uses the new emojis just fine. So they clearly can't figure it out. Support is absolutely useless on here.

As stated in the title, I can't find the personalization settings. When I go to accounts, there is only "your account", "account services", and "account data". There are no options for me to add accounts such as twitter, facebook, gmail, etc for SwiftKey to learn from. There are only SwiftKey account options.

Even if I select android vibration in settings, when I put the phone in silent mode the keys still vibrate on press.

I’ve recently changed phones from HTC One M8 to Samsung S6, and thus from Android 6 to 7. I love SwiftKey, but obviously it takes up a fair bit of the screen – on the HTC, there was a little upside down chevron at the bottom left, which would kind of drop the SwiftKey keyboard off the bottom of the screen, and let you read everything else.
Unfortunately, on the S6 it isn't there, and it’s a real pain having to scroll a message up and down in a little window half the size of the screen to read. I THINK I’ve tried every setting I can find – has it just gone? Wish it hadn’t :-(

Whenever I am opening the app it is simply loading till the start up and gradually crashes automatically. This is happening right after my upgrade to Android Oreo from Android Nougat on my Note 8. Can anyone please assist me to get it working again?
