Issue: Type "123" then "?" simultaneously
Hello,
I have a really annoying bug in the last version of Swiftkey. When I type the "123" key (low-left, to access the menu) then the "?" key on the upper-right of the keyboard, it presses the low-right key ("Enter").
That's really annoying and makes me send messages by mistake in apps like Instagram or Snapchat.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
Thank you!
This happens with any key you press + "123" key, it's really annoying but you can activate arrow keys and the bug will press the Right arrow key, just below the Enter key
I can't reproduce this problem.
Can you make a screen recording video?
Sure: https://youtu.be/nEXDg2xCflI
As you can see, the Enter key is pressed even if I don't press it. It only happens when I'm typing fast.
Thank you for your help!
Can you provide more info?
If you can enable the "show tap" in developer options while recording the video, that would be very helpful.
Thanks
Sure. It is a Honor 8 with Android 7.0. I believe the problem came with the latest or 2 latest updates of the keyboard. I currently have the version 7.1.7.38.
The video I previously attached already has the show tap ;)
Thank you for your help!
Yeah I have this problem, it's surprising how aggrevating it is!
