Data not synced to new phone
I got a new phone and installed the app and signed in with the account that I was using on my old phone. However, after running the sync operation, none of my old predictions are showing up. I still have my old phone and I'm able to confirm that both of them have backup and sync configured and both of them are signed in with the same account ID. Any suggestions?

Same issue! I have been a SK user since back when it was a paid app. I just bought the Note 10+ but Swiftkey will not sync my data.
Swiftkey version: 7.3.8.16
Android version: 9
I have tried uninstalling, logging out then back in, phone reboots, etc.

Looks to me like Swiftkey have switched off the syncing service but don't want to tell anybody about it. Very poor.
Same.. really anoying.
