Android Sync Issue (Not Working) - Samsung Galaxy
So, I've had SwiftKey for many, many years and been through a huge number of phones, but never had this issue.
I have a few devices - one of them being an iPhone, the other being a Samsung.
I recently purchased a new Samsung (S9), and it seems although it shows the sync as being connected, it doesn't 'remember' any of the many words I have on there. It's an issue which I've never had.
I've deleted, reinstalled, clicked sync on both sides, ensured it's logged in etc. No luck.
I have a SwiftKey account for my synchronising. In the most recent update of iOS SwiftKey, it no longer seems to be an option, to log-in with a SwiftKey account, but only with Facebook, Microsoft, Google or Apple. Could this be it?
Any idea what it could be?
I've had the exact same issue since having to do a factory reset. SwiftKey account for years, now it's all gone and just connected to my Google account.
Aha, so I wasn't the only one.
Anyone else? Any fixes? Wanted to avoid associated it with an account, if at all possible. Raised 2 support requests, no replies there either.
Yeah really what the heck is the problem!?
We are talking years in teaching SwiftKey new words here.
Happened to me yesterday when I switched to galaxy note fe with android 9.0
Pkease fix asap.
Same problem in note 10 plus
Same here. Same exact model of phone 📱. All accounts synced and signed in and out. This didn't happen a year ago when I went from S4 to the S8+
