Microsoft SwiftKey Android Support Forums

I lost all my collections & selfmade stickers when i switched to new phone. I thought my collections are saved in my account i am signed in with,

but in the new device my old collections haven't synced and all my collections made toughout last few years are now gone.

Is there any way to save / backup / import export through cloud? 

I have set up backup and sync but pinned clipboard items do not sync to other Android devices signed in with the same Microsoft account. Is it not possible to sync clipboard items between Android devices?

Please add a semi space in persian language. Sometimes I have problems in writing words. The semi space is added in gboard but here no. add it plz.

The keyboard icon (allowing to switch to another installed keyboard) in the bottom-right corner disappeared.

Other keyboards are active (under Manage Keyboards in Settings).

Android 11, Pixel 4a 5g, August 2021 update.

Swiftkey version: 7.8.6.5

I've had this problem for quite long now in Android Swiftkey. When I try to write a message, at some point the keyboard deletes it completely. Not just last word, but everything, whole message. And obviously there is no undo or anything to have it back, so it's completely lost and very annoying bug.

I've not been able to recognize what the trigger for this is. It might be "space", or  ".", but "backspace" has done it also. It happens typically in mobile Firefox browser in a forum, but I've seen it happening also for example in reddit app, so I think it's not app related. Instead Swiftkey is having some bug.

I'm missing the letter "ē" in SwiftKey. 
I've already activated all accented characters in the settings, 
Anyway this letter is missing. 

Does anyone have a solution for this? 
I do not want to switch the keyboards all the time. :)

I was going to post a story on instagram which was going to say ''HOW DO YOU GET VERFIED AS'' but whenever i did it with caps the keyboard just kept on crashing and it happens with other sentances that i dont remember. I use Huawei p20 Lite

Russian and Ukrainian languages are very uncomfortable to wright because keyaboards arent sepparated. Russian words appears in Ukrainian keyaboard and vice versa.

When I type my numerical pin on my App Lock (Norton App Lock) the pin is visible in prediction bar as I type. This is very unfeasible as other people can read what my pin is.

This doesnt happen on Gboard and other keyboards that I have tried so it's not an issue of the Pin app but an issue related to Swiftkey.

In SwiftKey the Persian layout it's not correct!
In Persian alphabet consisting of 32 letters and the SwiftKey shows only 27 of them, 5 of them merge with other letters. (ص - ض) - (گ - پ) - (ز - ژ) - (ط - ظ) - (ت - ث)
On the other hand, there are 2 (key?!) for punctuation and 1 for diacritic.
This makes no sense to me! why should be a dedicated key for diacritic? Why does all of the punctuation doesn't merge in 1 key?
In Persian we barely use diacritic in fact, we use those 5 letters a lot more!

If you checkout Google GBoard you see all of 32 letters of the Persian alphabet have their own dedicated key and this is the way SwiftKey should be

Hey, is there any way I could add the letters emojis in swiftkey like they have in Gboard? I really like swift key over gboard but I am used to the type of letter emojis template G-board have which is missing in Swift Key. Like these ones. (sorry for horrible english).
