It's something related to Google. My tip is to you logout and log in through a Microsoft account and re-learn all the words again... It's working here this way.

Não é que vc perdeu as palavras salvas, o aplicativo parou de prever as palavras, está cheio de reclamações assim e eles não respondem nenhuma.

I'm with the same problem... I can check that my words are saved in my data, but the app isn't showing it.
