Hello,
SwiftKey account is linked to your Google account, each Google account can only access one specific SwiftKey account. I don't understand what you mean by "account gets deleted".

As Alpert said, you cannot link this or back it up to another account.
The point of SwiftKey Account is to save your language data in the case you have to wipe your phone or buy a new one.
SwiftKey will not have to learn your typing habits/style all over again. Or if you have multiple devices, your data syncs between them (assuming they are all signed into the same account).
It also keeps tracks of all themes downloaded / purchased and helps you restore them.
