Text selection by swipe?
YanıtlandıHey,
I am used to keyboards that use some sort of swipe-move to navigate and select text, I would never go back to selecting text inside the text again the old way.
I find swiftkey suuuper nice, but I am disapointed that there is no smart way of selecting or navigating?
Such as: swipe along the spacebar (like Tempest keyboard) or starting on a certain key and then swiping, or even swiping in the suggestion boxes.
I also cant get arrows to work, even though some posts suggests this would be possible. Again, not backspace, arrows to navigate inside the text.
I am on an iphone 6, so I don't have access to keyboard touch pad, does that work on newer phones for swiftkey?
Thanks, you put a lot of work in to this! (please put a liiitle bit more for me!)
Cheers,
Rickard
Hi Rikard,
Gestures as you mention are totally available on the android version. However, as you know Apple can be quite unproductive with what they allow third party keyboards to access. This feature would for sure be an awesome one. As you have probably seen, there is a lot of work going into our iOS brand of swiftkey and assure you we will always be striving to offer the best service and options where we are able to.
