Question mark is not working

Hi, I no longer seem to have a question mark. The punctuation slider pops up, question mark is visible but impossible to select. Sliding over the question mark just wont work, it selects all the other items fine, just not the question mark. The question mark was working fine a few weeks ago, so maybe an upgrade broke it. Am using HTC10 + android.

    Me too I'm using SwiftKey on HTC10, I have no issue.

    Is it possible to share us a screen recording clip to us? That might help us to locate the problem.

    Meanwhile, you can try reinstall to solve it. If not, please follow the instruction to bring more details.

    Thanks. Un-install / re-install fixed it.

    Please help with voice input. Whenever I say "question mark" a "?" is inserted but immediately autocorrects to "question mark".

    Voice input is not controlled by SwiftKey but Google.
