Support for login using both Google & Microsoft account, not only one account
So in windows 10 October 2018 update, Microsoft has add SwiftKey support to their on screen keyboard. Soon they will integrate cloud clipboard with SwiftKey too. But the problem is my SwiftKey already tied with Google account, and somewhat I'm want to tied to my Microsoft account too. Can you add these feature please?
You can sign in with Microsoft account together with the Google account by going to settings > account > personalization > outlook. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
Isn't that not same with Google account? It only learned from email, in this case outlook. Not saving any preference, learned word to Microsoft account.. 🤔
I think you confused with account and app.
About the account, SwiftKey allows you to sign in with Google or Microsoft account.
But the on-screen keyboard in Windows is not SwiftKey, some news covered it not very accurately. But the clipboard sync is planned.
Hmm okay about the windows on screen keyboard SwiftKey integration. But the thing still struggle me is about the account, when you setup the keyboard on first time, then it will be the primary account. But when it added via personalization menu, then isn't it only covered outlook/Gmail? Not sync to the Microsoft or Google account?
The backup & sync is via SwiftKey server, so technically no matter which account you used to sign in SwiftKey, the backup & sync will be done.
Here's how you check it: log out SwiftKey account, then sign in with Google, go to the account setting, tap on "Your account" > "account", you should be able to see your SwiftKey account ID, note it down. Then log out, log in again with your Microsoft account, do the same steps to check your account ID. If they matched, then it means your Google & Microsoft account are combined together to login SwiftKey account to do the backup & Sync.
I can't get into Microsoft account
