Keyboard (i) sign issue

First of all we'd all like it removed from the keyboard to get the 6th toolbar shortcut. Next went pressing on it (i) it gets us to the support page through the inbuilt SwiftKey browser,now the issue is that I can't select an issue to send a ticket to support because it's not there!
