Problems with toolbar when send messages
When I try to send a message on WhatsApp, often when I click on send this causes the toolbar to close instead of sending the message, which needs a further click of the send icon to be sent. This is incredibly annoying for those situations where you text a lot of fast because it slows you down and hinders your writing and looking online I couldn't find anything about it. it is a problem that I carry around since the last days of my previous mobile (Huawei p20 lite) and now in the beginnings of the new one (xiaomi mi 11 lite). Has anyone had this problem?
Hi Salvo, thanks for your report. Can you please confirm if you only experience this with SwiftKey? Do you have any other third party keyboard with a prediction bar to check if there's any issue happening with WhatsApp and the keyboard?

Usually I don't use any other keyboard because I don't fit well with them like SwiftKey. But I tried to use the gboard for a while and with it I don't have this problem of toolbar closing, so in my case it is limited to the swiftkey. I can send a video demonstrating my problem but it is exactly as I described so I don't know how useful it will be.
I have the same problem, sometimes when I write and I am going to send the message, it does not send but the prediction bar closes and I have to send the message again, I solve it by closing WhatsApp and reopening it but I would like to know if there is a definitive solution for this error, I already tried clearing cache and it doesn't work. It is something that does not always happen but when one is in a hurry it is something annoying. Thanks
