Cloud Clipboard not syncing between Windows 11 and SwiftKey on Android
I have been following the SwiftKey support steps here to enable cloud clipboard syncing between my Windows 11 laptop and Android phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8).
I've ensured that the cloud clipboard and sync settings are enabled on both my phone and PC, but whenever I copy a URL on either device, it doesn't show up in the clipboard history on the other device.
Am I missing something or looking in the wrong place? Please let me know, any help is appreciated! Thank you for your time!

Hello Lance Adams, sorry for the trouble. Could you please help us with your Device model, Device's Android OS version and your SwiftKey app version? so that we can investigate further. Also, could you please let us know, if you are receiving any error message? Thank you!
Hi Hari Kyasa,
I am not receiving any error message on Windows 11 or Swiftkey.
I am on Android 12, Pixel 6 Pro (latest patch).
SwiftKey Beta Keyboard 8.10.10.4
I am sometimes able to get a copy\paste from my PC to suddenly appear on my phone keyboard, but NEVER vice-versa, and 90% of the time neither works.
It was great before sometime in late Jan or Feb that it started not working. I have done everything.
Tested on a 2nd phone too, same issue.
Hello Lance Adams, thank you for getting back to us. We will pass this information to our team for further evaluation. We appreciate your bearing with us in the meantime. Thank you!
